Configure proven platforms. Develop what the market still needs.

ZHIDA supports practical customization around existing motorcycle-lift structures and deeper engineering when a buyer needs a differentiated product for a defined market.

Choose the right development path

Not every project needs
to start from zero.

Using a proven platform where possible reduces time, cost and technical risk. Deeper development is reserved for changes that create meaningful market value.

01 / STANDARD

Use a proven model

Select an existing configuration for faster evaluation and lower starting quantity.

Best forMarket testing, range extension and standard private-label supply.
02 / CONFIGURED

Adapt an existing platform

Adjust selected dimensions, drive options, finish, controls, labeling or packaging.

Best forBuyer-specific positioning without unnecessary structural development.
03 / DEVELOPED

Create a differentiated model

Rework functions or structures when the market requirement cannot be met by an existing platform.

Best forDefined programs with clear demand, technical objectives and repeat-order potential.
Customization scope

From simple changes to
full structural development.

Most projects begin with an established platform. This leaves room for useful differentiation while keeping development commercially practical.

Platform dimensions

Length, width, extensions and market-specific working areas.

Capacity & lift range

Load rating, minimum height and maximum working height.

Drive systems

Hydraulic, air-hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and battery-powered options.

Finish & presentation

Color, labeling, packaging and private-brand presentation.

Structural development

Functional redesign and new structures when an existing platform is not enough.

Market readiness

Testing targets, documentation, packaging and container-loading planning.

Development process

A clear path from requirement to repeat orders.

A useful brief includes the target user, destination market, application, required standards, expected quantity, target price position and the reason the existing market offer is insufficient.

  1. 01
    Requirement review

Target market, application, standards, quantity and commercial objectives.

  2. 02
    Configuration proposal

Use an existing platform where possible; identify genuine new-development work.

  3. 03
    Prototype & validation

Sample, drawing review, testing plan and buyer approval.

  4. 04
    Production & inspection

Batch manufacturing with agreed controls and buyer or third-party inspection access.

  5. 05
    Market feedback loop

Use sales and service feedback to refine the next order and strengthen the range.

Practical commercial principles

Standard samples

One standard sample unit is accepted. Urgent standalone production may include an additional charge; flexible timing allows production with other orders.

Small-order export cost

A single exported unit may involve approximately USD 300–400 in handling and forwarding costs, excluding ocean freight, insurance and destination clearance.

Custom-order quantity

Typically 50 units or one full container of the customized model. The number may adjust when product size limits efficient container loading.

Development cost

A reasonable charge may apply when new tooling, fixtures or substantially different structures are required. It can be returned progressively through later orders.

Normal lead time

Approximately 50 days for smaller tools and 60 days for medium-to-large equipment, subject to the confirmed order.

Private-label traceability

OEM products need not carry the factory brand. A serial number can be included on the buyer’s label to support production-batch traceability.

Final technical scope, quantity, tooling, development cost and return arrangement are confirmed in the project quotation.

01

What can be customized on a motorcycle lift?

Depending on the platform, customization may include dimensions, capacity, lifting height, drive system, controls, safety-lock operation, color, labeling, packaging and functional structure. Final feasibility is confirmed after technical review.

02

What is the usual MOQ for a customized product?

A customized model normally begins at 50 units or one full container. If the product size limits a container to fewer units, the practical order quantity may be adjusted after loading review.

03

Is there always a development charge?

No. Straightforward customization based on an existing structure normally does not require a separate development charge. A reasonable charge may apply when substantially different structures, tooling or fixtures are required.

04

Can development charges be returned?

Where a development charge applies, it can normally be returned progressively through subsequent orders. The purpose is to share early project risk rather than create an additional profit item.

05

Can a buyer order one standard sample?

Yes. One standard sample is normally accepted. Urgent standalone production may involve an additional charge, while flexible timing may allow the sample to be produced with another order.

06

How long does normal production take?

Standard lead time is normally around 50 days for smaller tools and around 60 days for medium-to-large equipment, subject to model, quantity, season and approved order details.
