1,000 kg high-rise lift for a European equipment supplier

Customer requirement

An Italian equipment supplier serving premium motorcycle workshops required a 1,000 kg lift with a maximum lifting height above 1,200 mm, customer-specific wheel-clamp mounting, durable branding and market-specific compliance support.

Engineering foundation

This was a distinct 2026 customer project, not the 1,000 kg platform reported in 2025. The earlier platform had already provided load calculations and validation knowledge for critical components, giving the team a stronger basis for estimating the new structure and development cost.

Engineering response

The engineering team completed several rounds of technical and drawing review, reinforced the structure, reserved mounting holes for the customer’s proprietary wheel clamp and integrated a laser-cut customer logo into the machine body. Prototype production and testing were followed by project-specific CE conformity work through CCQS for the applicable EU requirements.

Confirmed outcome

The completed product performed as expected and the original quotation required no significant adjustment. Using validated experience from the different 2025 platform helped the 2026 project move from technical discussion through prototype validation with less cost uncertainty.

Compact battery-powered dirt bike lift for an Australian retailer

Customer requirement

The buyer wanted a compact lift that could move around the workshop, raise a dirt bike above 850 mm, operate from a battery, show battery status, lock automatically and present a modern retail-ready appearance.

Engineering response

Over approximately three months, ZHIDA integrated a lithium-battery system, Australian-standard charger, newly developed PCB, customized electric pump, newly tooled exterior components, mobile base and electric self-locking mechanism.

Confirmed outcome

The buyer reviewed and tested the physical sample and confirmed the first order. The project is moving toward market launch, and relevant patent applications are now in progress. Patent details will be presented after the applicable rights are granted.

Development principle

Use validated experience to reduce project uncertainty.

Established calculations, tested components and proven manufacturing processes help improve early cost estimates. New engineering work can then focus on the buyer’s actual market and functional requirements.
